FREEDOM® Gunslinger™ Shoulder Orthosis evolved from two years of development and trials at a major Boston teaching hospital. This orthosis can be quickly adjusted to any combination of abduction, flexion and rotation, each of which is independently adjustable.
Unique contralateral suspension is comfortable and secure. It resists displacement while allowing a broad range of independent patient activities. Wide-sculpted shoulder strap is comfortable for long-term wear.
The forearm and hand rest in a carefully contoured splint. Padded straps ensure comfort and compliance. 10" connecting post of PVC plastic. Cut to desired length.
Indications: Any condition of the shoulder girdle area requiring immobilization of the arm in a fixed relationship to the torso: shoulder fusion; bone graft; fractures; post-op soft tissue repairs; shoulder reconstruction; bracheal plexus injury.

Sizing: Shouler Harness is sized by body morphology. Med. fits average-sized users; Large fits taller or heavier users. Arm Support sizing determined by arm length: Med. fits most women and small men; Large fits taller men.
