AliPlast™ Uncovered Insoles (bottom layer in graphic) provide pressure relief for the entire plantar surface. They dynamically mold to the heel and met heads, acting as a soft tissue supplement, and providing a surprising degree of comfort. They also serve as a base for posting and modifications. In two or three days of wear, the AliPlast will compress to delineate the high-pressure areas. You can increase their accommodating effectiveness by adding a second insole if shoe size permits.
