Heelift® Traction Boot

Heelift® Traction Boot for applying skin traction to help stabilize femur fractures prior to surgery. During the pre-surgical period, when the patient lacks the ability to control the leg, Heelift Traction Boot elevates the leg and offers footdrop and rotational control, providing up to 10 lbs. of straight skin traction for fracture pain relief.

Tricot backing provides full traction benefit with no boot-bed friction. Smooth foam interior allows for total leg contact and even pressure distribution.

For postoperative use, remove the traction straps, plate, and rope and the Heelift Traction Boot converts to an original Heelift Suspension Boot for heel pressure prevention.

Each Heelift Traction Boot includes a customizable foam boot with fixed elevation pad, a spare pad with adhesive backing,  hook and loop side traction straps, removable traction plate, and rope. Bed-mounted traction frame, pulley, and weight not included. One size; additional pad allows complete customization of the boot.
