Sizing:
Knee: measure circumference at knee joint; fits 15" - 18".
Elbow: measure biceps at largest point; Med. fits 12" - 15", Lg. fits 15" - 18".
Ankle/Wrist: measure circumference at malleoli or at elbow joint; Med. fits 8" -10"; Lg. fits 10" - 12"
